Driveway sealing in Brisbane protects your concrete from oil, tyre marks, moisture and UV, without changing the look of your exposed aggregate, stamped or plain concrete driveway.
Our driveway sealing service applies a clear, transparent protective coat over your existing concrete — preserving the natural look of your exposed aggregate, stamped, or plain concrete driveway while blocking moisture, oil, and UV damage. We use premium penetrating sealers like Parchem Conseal and Duram Sealtight for deep pore protection, and film-forming options like Dulux Avista Clear and Crommelin Enhance for driveways where you want a subtle wet-look sheen without changing the colour. Product choice depends on your driveway’s finish — a penetrating sealer is our go-to for exposed aggregate because it won’t alter the stone colour or create a slippery surface, while a film-forming acrylic works well on plain concrete where a slight gloss enhances the appearance. We apply all sealers using low-pressure spray equipment at the manufacturer’s specified spread rate, typically 4 to 6 square metres per litre for penetrating systems.
We provide driveway sealing across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, as well as Ipswich, Logan and Caboolture.
Is It Time to Seal Your Driveway? A Quick Brisbane Checklist
Not sure whether your driveway needs sealing? Run through these checks.
- The water drop test. Pour a little water on the driveway. If it beads, the existing seal is still working. If it darkens the concrete and soaks straight in, the surface is unprotected.
- White powdery staining. That’s efflorescence: salts carried to the surface as moisture evaporates. A sealer blocks the moisture that causes it.
- Faded or chalky aggregate. UV breaks down the cement around the stones, so exposed aggregate loses its definition.
- Oil and tyre marks that won’t wash out. Bare concrete absorbs stains. A sealed surface lets them clean off.
- Peeling or cloudy patches. The old sealer is failing and needs stripping and resealing.
- A new driveway. New concrete should be sealed within 28 days of pouring.
If you ticked one or more, start with a professional driveway pressure clean, then seal. Want a colour change rather than a clear coat? Look at concrete painting or our full sealing and painting range.
